Restore the Add New Tab at the top of the tab context menu

Opened a few new folders before I realized the top option had changed. I open tabs in logical order, not everything at the top and then the extra step of dragging (kind of difficult with a lot of tabs open, too).

put the new tab context menu option back at the top, above new folder. Good thing going here; don't go the way of Opera by fixing what isn't broken.
