(Small request) Cmd+T should exit full screen if i press it when a video is in full screen

Same as arc, if I have a video in full screen, and I press cmd+T it should exit full screen and show me the new tab pop-up bar. Right now, it is opening new tab popup bar in the background and I have to manually exit the full screen.
