Spaces side bar where the tabs are is now on autohide. How do I change it back so its always shown?

I think a recent update of Zen changed it and I cannot for the life of me find the setting that controls it. I searched it settings in space and in tabs. But I don't see anything related to auto hide or floating window. Am I just blind?

Right click on the tab bar, and disable compact mode
