Show "Application menu" (3 dots) in single toolbar mode (in left sidebar)

Didn't found a way to show it neither in settings or customize toolbar. I prefer to use single toolbar but in that case I can't use application menu to edit bookmarks or download an update

Also, could we please have the option to make the top bar always visible in single toolbar mode on Windows?
This would be really helpful for less experienced users (like my mom) + would improve the usability for users who often drag the window around or using window controls.
