Dismiss Toasts on Click

Toasts as they exist within Zen currently are a net positive feature, however, their UX is a little awkward. Being in the top-right, where websites tend to position important UI elements, they can block what you're trying to click. Worse, they don't close while being hovered over, leading to a situation where one renames a tab, moves to take an action on the site, and is blocked for several seconds waiting for the toast to disappear only to realize you have to move your cursor away. If toasts are to appear whenever tabs are renamed, I think a fix like dismissing them on click is warranted to streamline things.
