Hi @egorgam! I'm Dosu and I’m helping the desktop team. You can disable the auto-hide (auto-expand on hover) of the Compact Mode sidebar by setting However, there isn’t currently a built-in option to keep the sidebar always visible in Compact Mode, Arc-style. Disabling the hover-triggered auto-hide means the sidebar won’t appear unless you trigger it manually, but it won’t persist on screen at all times. For now, only the hover behavior and brief popups (when switching/opening tabs) can be disabled in settings see discussion. If you want the sidebar to always stay visible, you’ll need to use Normal Mode or pin the sidebar, but this isn’t exactly the same as Arc’s persistent sidebar in Compact Mode. There are ongoing feature requests for more flexible sidebar behavior, so keep an eye on updates! To reply, just mention @dosu. How did I do? Hello!
How can I disable auto hide of Compact Mode Sidebar with tabs, when mouse cursor is out of browser window? It may be very useful to see this tab persists, when I move cursor left like in Arc Browser =)
