Why takes so many memory ?

Two tabs and installed but not activated extension

Could it be that the update program has been running in the background? Because I have not agreed to the update

I'm really struggling with memory use too these days. I always have tonnes of tabs but I expect the browser to manage memory reasonably, Zen is pretty much taking up all the available memory and I noticed that my tabs aren't sleeping and I can't find the setting for that.

• Just checked and browser.tabs.unloadOnLowMemory is set to true in my zen config but it's taking up 8GB of RAM...
