Disable False-positive Security Warnings

I've wasted 2 hours trying to get Zen to bypass an "unsafe site" block when the certificate is valid. I abandoned Chrome to get away from silly overreaching security issues like this. But, at least it has the option to override these warnings. Please, for the love of God, can someone tell me how to disable these warnings or at least bypass them permanent for individual sites? And yes, I've cleared the cache and restarted the browser MULTIPLE times.
