How to disable new window tab sync

I don't want all my tabs copied over to a new window automatically and for them to switch between the windows, it makes new windows completely useless. What is with this browser never adding options to disable its weird behavior, give us CHOICE. Also don't lock literal discussion threads, #924 that's ridiculous. And don't say open a new blank window, I don't use keybinds or the menu buttons, I click the button in my taskbar to open a new window, I want that to open a blank window or to disable this new feature entirely.
