Zen Mods in about:settings, support links & version history #1591

Increase the parity between Zen Mods and Extensions management, noteably:

Clicking on a Zen Mod in about:settings should bring up a detailed view or to its page in the theme store.
Zen Mods should support installing specific versions of a mod and installing from a file.
It should be quick to get to a theme's Git repo
