Make the welcome "onboard" page not offensive?

I ran the browser and got some basic set up steps...everything is cool so far...finish it after having chosen a dark theme...BLAM! MASSIVE FLIPPING WHITE WELCOME...Holy jeebus my eyes! Seriously make that S___ go away! That was brutal, not zen at all.

I don't see how this is closed. While I might have posed it in a cheeky way it's a real issue. If the browser can not telling the webpage to use a dark theme it's an issue. Which could also be an issue with the welcome / onboarding page. Either way one of both need to be addressed. Monitors are just giant lights and when you use a dark theme (and typically something like dark reader) that welcome page was brutal and offensive to the eyes.
