Sometimes, I'll have a site like hackernews or youtube open, and instead of opening the link in the current tab, I'll middle-click to open it in a new tab. Then I'll read the article or watch the video and close the tab which takes me back to the original tab with the long list of items. Only, Zen refreshes that tab and I have to scroll to find my place in the list again. I don't have this problem in chrome or firefox. How can I prevent zen from refreshing tabs on re-activation? I think I found the solution:
go to
about:config
search for
zen.tab-unloader
You can change the timeout (default 20 mins), create a deny-list, or disable the unloader completely.
