[FR] Closing Pinned Tabs should switch between Pinned Tabs too, when Option switch to next tab Selected

I was surprised that this feature didn't switch between pinned tabs already. I have all my important tabs pins and these are the only ones I really want to unload/reset and switch between. Otherwise Tabbing Ctrl + w unloads and loads them again (because it doesn't switch to other tabs in time) having not much effect.
