Tab bar drag window resize issue

Hey there,

first things first, great project. Love that finally someone is making Firefox great again.

So I have some issue with the latest version of the browser.

If you click and drag on the tab bar, the whole window resizes, if it was full-screen. This is very annoying, specially if you have a double click being registered or somehow moved your cursor just a little bit when selecting or clicking on a tab. This really annoys me, since you have to change the size of the window first and then make it full-screen again. Also, this is not what I would expect it to do in the first place.

What do other people think? Or am I the only one having this issue?
