How to set min-version in updates.json and manifest

I am develop extension that works on Firefox and on Zen Browser

          "browser_specific_settings": {
            "gecko": {"strict_min_version": "128"}
          }

when i set strict_min_version in the updates.json on minVersion in the manifest,
the extension appears to be incompatible with Zen browser since its version (Services.appinfo.version) is 1.0.2-b.5

I want the extension to be compatible with both Firefox and Zen, since both uses the same app ID can only use one "strict_min_version" / minVersion
