⌘⇧C is a default shortcut from Arc (which many of those users love dearly). I think many people are switching to Zen from Arc, and the addition of this shortcut in particular is good for retaining converts. Still, you have a good point, that has been a shortcut and forever and it sucks to see it changed from under you. |

I’ve been enjoying Zen browser so far, but its tendency to override existing shortcuts for its features is starting to become frustrating.
For example, the Cmd-Alt-C shortcut was overridden by some visual mode, making it harder to access the dev tools. I initially found that I could use Cmd-Shift-C as an alternative, but then a few weeks later, I discovered that this now copies the URL instead! I’ve been using Cmd-L + Cmd-C for this task since 2004. What's the point?!
I suggest that any shortcuts that override Firefox’s default behavior should be kept behind an opt-in option.
All shortcuts are documented here:
• Firefox keyboard shortcuts
• DevTools keyboard shortcuts
It should be expected that users coming from Firefox or Chrome are familiar with these shortcuts and would like to continue using them in Zen.
Additionally, it would be great if the shortcut management clearly explained what users are trading when adding a Zen-specific shortcut.
