Add WebHID API Support

Currently, Zen Browser lacks WebHID API support, which prevents users from accessing web-based configuration interfaces for hardware devices. This is literally the last feature keeping me from completely switching from Chrome to Zen Browser.

Current Issue:

• Unable to configure mechanical keyboards (like MelGeek Made68pro) through web interfaces such as hive.meelgeek.cn
• Forced to keep Chrome installed just for this single use case
• Cannot fully transition to Zen Browser despite preferring it for all other tasks

Expected Behavior:

• Full WebHID API implementation
• Ability to access and configure HID devices through web interfaces

Technical Details:

• WebHID API (https://wicg.github.io/webhid/)
• Implementation reference: Chrome/Edge (since v89)

Environment:

• Browser: Zen Browser (latest version)
• OS: All platforms
• Tested Device: MelGeek Made68pro

Current Workaround:
Keeping Chrome installed solely for device configuration purposes.

Additional Context:
This feature would allow many users like me to completely transition to Zen Browser as their primary browser. Currently, it's the only remaining blocker preventing full adoption.

Probably beyond the scope of this project.. would be a better idea to make posts on Mozilla forums to ask them to implement it.
