More native cutomizable keyboard shortcuts

Hey,
I'd love more customizable keyboard shortcuts, like switch to a tab back and forward. Brave has this feature natively and is super useful.

Agree. Specifically I'd really like to be able to switch to the "arc-style" navigation shortcuts where cmd+opt+up/down moves between tabs, rather than left/right, and cmd+opt+left/right switches workspaces.

Agree. + I'd really appreciate having a "New tab below" shortcut (#4339). Brave has this too.

really lacking of option to redefine ctrl-tab and shift-ctrl-tab on something like ctrl-j and ctrl-k
