Choose which page to be in split view

when trying to split browsing, it automatically choose the nearest page from current page to be splitted not like in Arc it let us choose which page to be splitted side by side

You can already do that by selecting 2 (or more) tabs with CTRL + click and then either right click on one of the tabs and choose the split tab option or enter your keyboard shortcut.

i was set a split tabs shorcuts with shift+| and shift+_ to split horizontally and vertically, this answer is good too but not like what im looking for
