How to add previous and next tab shorcuts?

i wanna add previous and next tab shorcut for example:
shift+j= go to one tab right
shift+k= go to one tab left

Quite surprised this isn't an available option to override tab switching in keyboard shortcuts. Seems like one of the essential functions for a customizable browser.
