2 windows 2 workspaces - make them stay without 1 windows switching to another?

Hi,

I have 2 workspaces and 2 windows opened 1 window with work workspace and 1 windows with my personal workspace
Work workspace has default container assigned for all tabs
So confusion starts when i try to open some link, e.g. work one make windows with default workspace switch to work workspace and vice versa and I end up with 2 same windows with same workspaces opened, but tabs from one of the windows missing in another.
Both windows are withing 1 desktop
Is it possible to keep workspaces without making them switch cause it's pretty annoying to find which one was which

I have a similar use case, but I chose a different approach by running two instances of Zen—one installed version and one portable version.

Thanks for suggestion, but I don't think that's proper solution, since it worked nice in firefox with just having containers
