Zen Color Mods vs. Firefox Themes - new Mods Store changes?

I noticed that in the Zen Mods Store, the color themes such as Catpuccin, Solarized have been removed. The only one I found is Matcha by @KiKaraage. I also see a new Mod "Allow Toolbar Theming". I still have the "deleted" themes preinstalled locally.

• I previously made a post in reddit/r/zen_browser about the bug in the color themes and that firefox themes actually can change the UI background color among other elements.
• The Matcha mod changes text colors but not the background UI theme.

I also have been working on solving this previously, but do I understand now that the Zen Mods will not be coloring the UI ? What have changed exactly, as I do not find anything in the release notes or discussions. Or was the problem related only to the previously mentioned color mods and others ?
