Taskbar Hover Preview Displays All Tabs in One Preview on Windows 11

Issue Description: When hovering over the browser icon in the Windows 11 taskbar, instead of showing a preview of the active tab, all open tabs are displayed together as one combined preview.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open multiple tabs in the browser.
2. Hover over the browser icon in the taskbar.
3. All open tabs are shown together in one combined preview.

Expected Behavior: Only the active tab should be shown in the preview when hovering over the browser icon in the taskbar, not all tabs.

Actual Behavior: All open tabs are displayed together as a single preview when hovering over the browser icon, making it difficult to distinguish between individual tabs.
