How can I get the extension quick access menu button back?

I need to be able to open the Ublock quick access menu, as well as a couple others and there is no other way to access them. ctrl-shift-a > preferences is a completely different menu with completely different actions. I tried to add it back by customizing the toolbar but it literally doesn't exist... I don't see anything in the release notes, settings, or about:config, I've been looking for over an hour trying to delete the cache for a site that wont load. It is incredibly annoying. Im so frustrated right now.
