Zen Glance, Tab navigation and Workspaces

Hi, I'm switching from Arc to Zen Browser since Arc is no longer supported.

I have a couple of suggestions to improve Zen Browser:

1. In Glance mode, the buttons to switch to a normal tab or close the tab feel awkwardly placed. From a UI perspective, they would make more sense on the right side.

2. It would be great to have more intuitive keyboard navigation. In Arc, pressing Ctrl+Tab takes you back to the last tab you visited, which is much more convenient than using Command + [tab-number]. (More native cutomizable keyboard shortcuts #4643)

3. There should be a way to make essentials tied to a workspace. (Each tab group should have a separate set of essentials. #2798)

This particular issue prevents me from using it as my "primary browser" because I can't keep my work-related essentials separate from my personal ones.

I think you second point is already implemented in Zen. Also with a nice preview for the tabs, quite a good implementation.
