"time to hide" option

I want to hide the toolbar/sidebar but find it difficult to not have them sliding open and close over and over. Especially when Zen is on top of other windows.

I'd really like the ability to set how quickly the bars hide themselves.

And/or a way to "dismiss" a floating tab. Like a button or some such so I have to close it?
