Option to set a downloaded file as not downloaded from the internet

Whenever I download any file with zen (or any other browser), the file is marked as "from the internet". This is really annoying because windows keeps asking you whether you're sure you want to run the file. Most of the files I download are most likely safe to run, so it would be nice to have an option that automatically removes this metadata.

that is a windows thing not a browser issue.
you are downloading to a NTFS volume so windows creates a alternate filestream called "Zone.Identifier"
set "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Attachments" "SaveZoneInformation" REG_DWORD to 1 to enable or 2 to disable.
or reformat partition as exfat

I didn't know this, I thought apps had to mark files as "dangerous" or something like that. Thanks!
