Scroll on sidebar to switch workspaces WITHOUT holding down Ctrl

There's no need to hold down a key when there's nothing else scrollable when hovering the sidebar. I'd love the "holding down Ctrl" element to be removed, or at least an option, so I can switch workspaces just by scrolling (only) over the sidebar.

The only potential conflict is where you have a long list of tabs, in which case the basic scroll needs to be prioritized for that list. In that case, I agree that a modifier key is necessary to differentiate (or alternatively reserving a small space to hover over to specifically scroll through worskspaces). But otherwise, basic scrolling is enough.
