Home button should always open a new tab

This is a minor issue, but it would help with consistency: the home button should always open a new tab by default, not replace the tab currently open. This is already the default behavior when the current tab is a pinned tab or an essential.

I've lost the content of regular tabs a few times by clicking on the home button instead of Ctrl+clicking to open Home on a new tab. My bad, I know, but I believe this inconsistency might be confusing to new, unaware users.
