Frequently used Advanced Settings should be added to the settings page

There are lots of settings added to about:config every update, but instead of hiding them where a user isn't going to find them, the ones that provide major functionality, like zen.urlbar.replace-newtab, should be in settings. You could even add an experimental features tab to settings with features that are currently experimental and subject to change.

They are currently working on entirely redesigning the settings page, and many of these advanced settings options will be added in to it then.
