Feature-Request: Floating Tabs Sidebar, with hover opening it

Hey!

I really like the idea of the tabs in a sidebar, and also the option with the icons.
But sometimes there is a need to just see at a glance the full tabs informations, which collides with the idea of only icons.

If there would be an option, that the icons view is the default, but the full view will be automatically enabled while hovering the mouse above it:
just like this:

No-Hover	Hover

This would create a clean look, which (on demand), can expands to an more informative look, without wasting much space in the main time. This would also allow to get completely rid of the url-bar, if not needed and make the browser feel like a pane just of the website.

just saying that the compact mode is not the same as what the OP and others have asked for. So, why close this ticket?

I was going to file this request, but I can see it has been filed already. I really want a blend of compact and collapsed mode, with icons always showing, and text appearing on hover, like OP described.
