Last tab shortcut needs to be 'cycled'

Pressing shortcut of "Select last tab" at first - returns focus to the last tab, but pressing this shortcut again doesn`t return focus to the tab that was focused on when the first usage of shortcut occured. It seems kind of unintuitive.

And also i think it would be great if shortcuts for reordering splitted tabs was created and could be configured.

There is a setting to toggle this behavior as mentioned in this comment - #5424 (comment)

However, I added a comment in that issue thread that I would like the ability to configure the shortcut for each behavior separately because right now we can only choose one of them but waiting to hear back about how to submit it as a feature request.

It is close to what I wrote about, but it is not the same thing. In the discussion you’ve mentioned, there is a feature called 'cycling through tabs in recently used order,' but I am writing exclusively about the 'Last tab' function/shortcut.

It just seems to me that 'cycling through tabs in recently used order' would pretty drastically change the workflow, whereas 'Last tab' wouldn’t + it already exists as a separate shortcut/function that needs a small 'fix' so that it works 'as it should' (imho).

Thank you for the comment, though. I guess I need to give this feature a try.
