Browser theme issues

I'm having a bit of an issue with the toolbar. In the previous version (1.8.2b), I had single toolbar enabled with compact mode on, and the light theme enabled. The background of the bookmarks bar at the top was black, and the toolbar on the left side had a black background. Everything else was white in accordance with the theme. When my browser updated to 1.9b, the bookmarks bar background and the toolbar were white. I guess that means that the themes are more consistent, but I'd like just my bookmarks bar background and toolbar background to be black.

I've tried using the dark theme, but the toolbar and bookmarks stayed white. I've tried playing with the change themes color thingy, but it doesn't appear to have a black option.

Sorry for the ramble, but it would be nice if we had an option have black as the color for the border around the browser window thingy, and as a background color for the bookmarks bar and the toolbar.
