Separate options for hovering address bar and home screen feature.

So since v1.8.2b, we do not have the feature for having a floating address bar when using Ctrl+T and the default home screen with wallpaper, weather, news etc that is displayed when no tabs are open together. altering the property zen.workspaces.open-new-tab-if-last-unpinned-tab-is-closed causes only one of the above features to work. But for some reason, BOTH these features work on private windows. Having 2 separate properties for these features could help make Zen be more customizable.
