Feature Request: WebUSB API Support

Description

I want to request the implementation of the WebUSB API in the Zen Browser. Since Zen is a fork of Firefox, and Firefox does not currently support the WebUSB API, this feature is also missing from Zen. Adding WebUSB support would enable web applications to interact directly with USB devices, benefiting developers and users who rely on web-based USB interactions.

Use Cases

• Web-based firmware updates for microcontrollers and development boards.
• Direct communication with USB peripherals such as game controllers, 3D printers, and external sensors.
• Enhanced web-based diagnostics and device management for IoT applications.

Expected Behavior

• The Zen Browser should allow websites to request permission to interact with USB devices using the WebUSB API.
• Users should be able to authorize and control access to their USB devices securely.

Additional Context

While Firefox has historically opted not to implement WebUSB, other browsers, such as Chrome and Edge, have supported it for years. Implementing this feature in Zen Browser would provide a competitive advantage for users needing WebUSB support while maintaining Zen's core values and security standards.
