duplicate pinned tabs for split view

Current behaviour is if you drag and drop to a split view a pinned tab, it moves this tab from pinned tabs to the split view with another tab. and if I end the split view, the tab don't goes back to pinned tabs.
I really liked that feature in Arc, so if you create a split view, the pinned tab will be duplicated and the duplicated tab will be in the split view and if I close the split view, I like to close the tab instead of moving it back to pinned tab. (not tested) I think the pinned url is then the wrong one, and i really like want to use the split view but this is a critical feature for me.

Because Arc didn't had the drag and drop which I like a lot but I needed to use for my workflow two windows and Zen don't syncs the tabs so this is not really good UX for me.
