I propose adding 1 through 0 keybinds to the profile picker to select a profile. <TAB>-<S-TAB> to change selection and then <CR> to select could also be a solution for the people with more than 10 profiles.
I'm using a mainly keyboard workflow and that window throws me off, but I do like the ability to pick which profile on initial boot so I don't want to disable it.
