Key Bindings to Open New Duplicate Tab

When I'm working on React projects, I sometimes want to open the same tab in localhost to work on mobile responsiveness. Also I like having multiple tabs open on the same google search. So I think it'd be cool to have a key binding like ctrl + shift + T that a duplicate tab

This keyboard shortcut used to exist and it was removed a while back, and I've only missed it more since it's been gone.
