Unload tabs immedietaly after being closed.

I've installed Zen for one of my family members and one of the websites he uses doesn't let the user open more then one tab at the same time, but he has pined some urls from that website that he wants to be able to open.
Basically he needs to be able to set a property for a tab to unload immediately after closing so he can open the other tab.
