Auto PIP when moving between full screen apps (desktops) on Mac

I use Zen in full screen mode on Mac, so it has its own "desktop" space. When I gesture back over to my main desktop to use other apps, having the PIP for my video automatically start would be great. Right now what I have to do each time I go to desktop is start a video, switch Zen workspaces to trigger the auto PIP, and then gesture over to other Mac desktop.
