Option to enable workspace specific essentials?

This seems like a no brainer and will allow each workspace to be more unique. I saw the container-specific essentials option but I don't know what that means.

yeah, I expect this feature i.e. in every workspace the essentials differ.

like I have a container for AI and another for email and other for university etc

I think the SuperPins mod would achieve what you want? It lets you make your pinned tabs show in a grid of icons like essentials. Since pins are workspace-specific, you end up with "global essentials" and then "workspace-specific essentials" (just pinned tabs).

So in this screenshot, Reddit is an essential, while Instagram is a pinned tab and will only appear in the current workspace:
