I second this. Very much needed and with the way that Glance works already, would be a great drop-in feature for seamlessly splitting windows without needing to create a whole "real tab". Instead you just open a glance and split from there the two windows. |

I love glance as a feature, it's pretty neat when reading pages with a lot of references etc, to quickly see them immediately than to open them in tabs and never actually view them.
Sometimes I just want to do a quick google search and glancing on top seems like a useful feature, especially when working in hidden side and top bar mode. It may not be useful for all, but even having a keyboard shortcut to trigger glance is something that would be great. I want to stay in my "Zen" mode when reading or doing something but still be able to multitask over it quickly and get back to context.
