Option to Enable Picture-in-Picture Mode to Always Stay on Top by Default

I greatly appreciate and love the Picture-in-Picture (PiP) feature and use it so frequently on Linux system (Fedora). However, each time I switch tabs, I must manually right-click the PiP window to select "Always on Top" and "Always on Visible Workspace." This repetitive action disrupts my workflow. It would be highly beneficial to have an option that allows PiP windows to remain on top by default, eliminating the need for manual adjustments after each tab switch.
