Links to Feedback in Settings

Please include a section in the Settings with Links to provide Feedback to the team. It is an intuitive place to find links to Help and Feedback, because users can search by 'feedback' in the settings to find it quickly.

Currently, the "Share ideas and feedback" link is in the "..." dropdown menu in the top right corner, in the "Help" sub-menu.

Related: the "Help and Feedback" link currently points to Mozilla's pages, which need to be updated to zen's. #4907

Right now, the zen-browser.app website is down. Since this is a reliability issue, you can include Zen-specific Help and Feedback links in the app while Zen establishes its foothold online. For example, you can point Help to a Discord, and Feedback to the GitHub Issues page.
