Cycle through only active tabs rather than unloaded pinned tabs aswell.

Currently, when cycling through tabs in Zen, unloaded pinned tabs are included in the cycle. This differs from the Arc browser’s behavior, where only active tabs are cycled through. It would be great if tab cycling in Zen excluded unloaded pinned tabs, making navigation more efficient.
