Sync/save current configuration

I plan to re-install my Linux - and - I use Zen in two computer (Linux and Windows) :

• Is there a way to sync Pinned, Essentials, Theme Color, Zen plugin, and Workspace between my two pc ?
• Is there a way to get this config somewhere ? A json file that I have to copy or something like that, just to avoid to resetup everything from scratch

I'm surprised by this "It does bring over my workspaces and color choices though which is handy" because I don't have this impression 😅
