Don't close URL bar on focus loss

Currently, the URL bar is being closed, when the Zen looses focus. I find this really unintuitive, every time I want to search for something from a different program (that cannot be copy-pasted).

For example if I want to search for some terms from a PDF i am reading inside a different PDF reader, it often looks like this:

1. I focus the PDF reader; "memorize" the words I want to search
2. I switch to Zen, open the URL bar, start typing
3. I switch back to the PDF reader, to "reassure", i wrote the terms correctly
4. I switch back to Zen to finish typing - the URL Bar is gone and i have to reopen it (this part is unintuitve)

I think my usecase it not that uncommon. The solution is to not hide the URL bar once zen looses focus (which I think is what is happening here).

I would appreciate some feedback on this idea (or more insight into why Zen choose to close the URL bar in such a situation)
