Is it possible to have always the same color scheme, no matter if the window is in focus or not?

I usually use Zen on two screens, so two windows and I was wondering if it's possible to have both windows of the same color (which I customized myself)? Currently only the window in focus has the color I set, other is just white (that of course can vary if I use custom FF theme, but that's not the solution I'm looking for).

zen.view.grey-out-inactive-windows can do this if you are not on windows Os ....on win 11 this can do nothing with custom color or transparency .. don't know why .
