Turn the address bar into a powerhouse (like a central interaction point with the browser)

Would be super great if we could use the address bar (aka Ctrl + T) to execute keyboard shortcut commands - for the few of us, or perhaps more than few, who don't sometimes remember the keyboard shortcuts inherently - lots of great features there, but I find myself heading back to keyboard shortcuts tab in settings often.

Another way to think about this if it was almost like a natural language command line for the browser :).

Couple examples (all with starting from "Ctrl + T"):

• type in "downloads" and see my downloads pop-up page
• type in "settings" and be brought to the settings page
• type in "toggle sidebar" and have the sidebar toggle
• type in "close window" and the window closes
• etc.

This is akin to the "Command Palette" feature being discussed in #820 . Maybe this ticket can be closed and the discussion moved there if the intent is the same?
