Windows Mica for compact mode

Applying mica currently does not work/apply to the sidebar and top bar in compact mode

I found an issue that might be helpful:

• [https://github.com/mica not available #5824] mica not available. The suggested solution indicates that from v1.8.0 onwards, you need to set zen.widget.windows.acrylic to false and widget.windows.mica to true in about:config for Mica to apply correctly.
